These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the 3DTUNNERS website, Garage, vehicle pages, interactive configurator and related features. By accessing or using the service, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use 3DTUNNERS.

These Terms apply to visitors and to anyone using the service for a business, brand or organization. The linked Privacy Policy also governs your use.

You may use 3DTUNNERS only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. We do not state a separate minimum age in these Terms.

If you use the service for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. You must ensure your use is lawful.

3DTUNNERS provides an interactive digital environment for exploring vehicle appearance and supported customization options. Depending on the selected model, the platform may allow you to visualize paint colours and finishes, wheel designs and finishes, visual wheel size, ride height and camber, exhaust appearance, carbon-style materials, exterior or aerodynamic components, lighting, cameras and background environments.

Vehicles and controls vary by model. An option shown for one vehicle may not exist or behave the same way for another. Unavailable, incomplete or coming-soon features are not currently part of the service.

Digital wheel clearance does not confirm bolt pattern, centre bore, load rating, brake or tyre clearance, steering movement or suspension travel. Displayed ride height or camber does not establish safe geometry, handling or legality. Exhausts, body kits and other parts may require vehicle-specific hardware, fabrication or professional installation.

Before purchasing, installing or modifying any real vehicle, verify dimensions, specifications, fitment, legality, installation requirements and safety information with the relevant manufacturer, seller, installer or qualified automotive professional. Vehicle specifications can vary by model year, trim, production market and previous modifications.

• Use the configurator to compare visual direction, not to approve a purchase or installation.
• Inspect and measure the actual vehicle, components and clearances before committing to work.
• 3DTUNNERS is not responsible for purchases, installations, vehicle damage, injuries, fines or other consequences resulting from decisions based solely on a digital configuration.

Use 3DTUNNERS lawfully and without damaging, overloading or interfering with the service or another person’s use. Ordinary personal browsing, configuration and sharing of provided links are permitted.

Do not use automated tools to scrape, extract or systematically collect protected content at unreasonable scale or in a way that interferes with the service. Good-faith search-engine indexing that follows published crawler instructions is not prohibited.

• Do not bypass security, access controls, rate limits or other technical restrictions.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe restricted systems, abuse APIs or disrupt site functionality.
• Do not introduce malware, harmful code or requests intended to exhaust platform resources.
• Do not extract protected 3D assets, textures, artwork or data through unauthorized methods.
• Do not copy, repackage, republish, sell or commercially exploit 3DTUNNERS-owned content or access to extracted content without permission.
• Do not reverse engineer restricted functionality except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.

Rights may apply separately to the platform, original 3DTUNNERS materials and third-party identifiers. These Terms do not transfer those rights to users.

Where the Save feature is available, configurations are currently stored locally in the browser and device used to create them. They are not represented as cloud backups, account-synchronized records or permanent archives.

Saved builds can be lost if browser storage is cleared, blocked or unavailable, or if you change device or browser profile. Keep a separate record of anything important.

While we aim to preserve saved configurations where supported, we do not guarantee that every build, vehicle, part, option or data format will remain available indefinitely. Product updates may make an older configuration incomplete or incompatible.

You may voluntarily send feedback, bug reports, vehicle or part requests, feature ideas, descriptions and screenshots through the Contact page or the email application it opens. Do not submit material that you do not have the right to share.

You retain your rights in submitted material and permit 3DTUNNERS to review and use it to diagnose problems, improve the service, prioritize work and evaluate vehicle or configuration options.

We are not obligated to implement, publish or compensate a suggestion. Personal information included in a submission is handled subject to the Privacy Policy; these Terms do not transfer ownership of that personal information to 3DTUNNERS.

References to wheels, tyres, exhaust systems, body kits, performance parts, manufacturer products or other aftermarket components may be provided for visualization or identification. Unless expressly stated, 3DTUNNERS does not sell those products and is not the manufacturer, installer or seller.

Product availability, design, specifications, compatibility, pricing and names may change without being reflected immediately in the service. Verify important details directly with the manufacturer, authorized seller or qualified installer before relying on them.

As 3DTUNNERS develops, vehicles, customization options, interfaces, data formats and technical requirements may change. Models, parts or environments may be added, updated, replaced or removed.

Maintenance, technical faults, browser limitations or infrastructure changes may interrupt access. We do not guarantee that the service, a particular vehicle or a particular option will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.

3DTUNNERS is provided on an “as available” basis. Visualizations, vehicle information and interface output may contain inaccuracies, omissions or technical errors. We do not guarantee that digital results will match physical paint, materials, dimensions, products or completed vehicles.

The service does not provide automotive engineering, mechanical, legal, safety or purchasing advice. You make purchase, installation and vehicle-modification decisions independently and should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on a digital configuration.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 3DTUNNERS is not responsible for losses, damage, injury, installation costs, purchasing decisions, unavailable saved data or legal consequences arising from reliance on the service or inability to access it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your use of 3DTUNNERS is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains what information may be handled, why it is used, how local build data works and the choices available to you. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference without being repeated here.

We may update features, vehicle content, technical requirements and these Terms as the service develops or operational and legal needs change. We do not promise that every previous feature, model or configuration will remain unchanged.

When these Terms are revised, the updated effective or last-updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use after revised Terms become effective means you accept the revised version. We do not promise email notice of changes.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because a user violates these Terms, attempts unauthorized access, abuses platform resources, interferes with service stability or uses the service unlawfully.

We may also discontinue all or part of the service. Where practical, restrictions will be proportionate to the issue, but immediate action may be taken when needed to protect the service, users or third-party rights.
